started the process today, requesting statements form last 5 years. I was succesful via RBS and hope things go smoothly with abbeybut from reading forums doesnt seem as easy, but I will wait and see.

Interestingly I phoned Abbey today and they give an address if you are wanting your back statments so at least they are making steps for all the claims they are reciving

40 days up on Saturday. Recieved statements for last year. I was on phone this evening and enquired why only last years statments , Informed microfiche and takes longer but hey their 40 days are up on sat, so I will follow procedure or any tips how to spead this up
