I recently recieved a letter from moorcroft debt recovery, regarding an old ntl bill,

Sent them a CCA request on 06/04/07, which they recieved on 12/04/07 (recorded delivery)

This morning I recieved a letter stating that as I had not contacted them they are to pass it to their home collection department if they have not recieved payment by 20/04/07 (this letter is dated 13/04/07)

Is there a template for a letter to stop them from sending a home collection representative round, im sure ive seen one somewhere

Hopefully someone with more knowledge will come along and verify, but it may be that a CCA does not apply here as it is a phone account. Mobile phone accounts dont have them.
