I have recently successfully claimed against my bank who refunded all of my charges. However, I would like to know if it is possible to persue all of the credit card companies to reclaim charges they would have imposed, or is this claiming thing limited to bank accounts only?

If you can claim against them, can someone paste a link from this site (where there is one) about the processes involved with CC Companies?

Thanks for any help you can give me :)

Yes it is possible to claim against the credit card companies, as well as store cards, hp firms etc etc

Have a look at the forum that correspondes with your card, but the process is basically the same; statements, initial approach, LBA, N1 form,

AQ, and at some point a full refund.

Best of luck
