I've sent the first letter to llyds tsb and had a reply to-day. I'm claiming charges back for my son for the charge made when he went over his overdraft limit, £30 each time. Lloyds say these are not default charges but they are the prices for the services they provide in these situations, all they did was to sent my son a letter telling him he had gone over his limit. should I send another letter or have we had it?

Send your letter before action. These are simply delaying tactics which all the banks are using. List your full claim details in a thread and the kind people will give you advice on how to pursue your son claim. Don't be put off by the banks and you will win.

Good Luck
