I have just looked through my statements and am horrified to find a total of some £2000 charges in the past year. Guess it's time to go after the bank.

Where do I find the blank letters etc. on the site

First thing you need is all of your statements, if you have online banking the quickest way is to download them otherwise you will need to do a Data Protection Act Letter.

Then start to read this site to get to know exactly what to do and what is likely to happen.

Welcome. When you get to the spreadsheets i would advise your to use English Advance. Sounds like you will have a sizeable claim. Stick to the timetable and treble check your figures including dates. i made several date mistakes, making a hash of the claim. Luckily help was on hands..Cheers all.
