I am just about to send the letter off, but I was sitting here typing my details into the computer, when I had a thought. I am going into the bank today an was wondering at the thought of taking a letter into the bank and asking for it to be passed on, as long as you got a reciept for it when you handed it over, any thoughts?

My son took his letter directly to the bank, has had a standard reply 2 weeks later 'We are looking into the matters raised blah blah blah'. I would say yes, but get a receipt to say they have received it. My son did not get a receipt but we are now in the process of his LBA letter due to them dragging their feet 2 months down the line.
