Hi Guys and Gals

Just thought i would ask a question if when taking lloyds to court would it not be possible to claim a large amount of compensation for distress and cost so its out of the small claims arena and make them disclose their costs or pay you the compo this would give them the shock they need to stop messing everyone about with deleying tactics

Iam very new at this and am already awaiting a court date but just wondered if the above could work
