okay. im confused. i want this ready to send Monday morning but im doing the interest spread sheet but on my statements under each "unauthorised overdraft charge" it also then has a "overdraft interest" charge ranging from 01p to 27p. do i put these onto the spread sheet as well or just leave them off and have the interest as the final 8% amount?

thanks

Hi Evelyn,

I didn't bother with the smaller amounts on my claims.But if these charges were as a direct result of the unlawful charges,then you have every right to claim them back.

Please stick to the order of letters to your bank as set out in the tempates library;

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/bank-templates-library/

Your banks forum is bundled together with other institutions,,Please start a thread via this link;

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/newthread.php?do=newthread&f=13

In that forum you can read other threads against your bank,this will let you see the successes and best way to approach them.

If you have charges going back further than six years read in here;
