Hiya,

Just after some advice..... Had a letter back from First Direct this morning saying that they are unable to agree to my request to refund the charges.

Just wondering what response i should be sending back to them now? Someone on the chat room advised me to send the Letter before action one? But it's similar to the one i sent orginally.

It's so daunting! Any help would be greatfully reciveved. Thanks xx

Hi there

Send the LBA - it is similar for a good reason. Also read here so that you are familiar with the process you are about to embark on.

iGroup (GE Money) - AoS Filed late, defence late, amended defence also late despite extra time requested and granted.

Vanquis - Claim issued, no AoS or Defence received
