I complained to the council about the conduct of a Phillips bailiff as he was threatening to "break into my mothers house, whether she liked it or not" And he could do what he liked because he is a bailiff. My mother is classed as vunerable and the debt he was trying to collect wasn't even hers. I recorded a call from him threatening violence and breaking into the house at night and sent it to the police.

I hope the matter will soon be resolved but how many people do these bailiffs bully like this and get away with it.

Sorry to hear of your problems, Philips are known to haras and force people into making unrealistic payments, i would strongly reccomend you make you voice heard.

Thank you for that, as for calling Phillips Offices I've tried that and I would get more sense from our dog!

Their only advice was to talk to the moron bailiff with anger management issues.

Been there, seen it etc, there not fit to operate, try the direct email to the Cheif Executive, i was constantly ignored until i emailed him direct and when my MP got involved.

 

I know its hard, but keep strong, there bullies at the end of the day !

this bailiff is not fit to hold a licence you must file a form 4 complaint to the county court
