hello,

I just sent my prelim letter off a few days ago, got a letter back from barclays pretty quick saying they'll deal with it by giving me an answer or an update by the 3rd May, thats a little over two weeks, should I wait or just send tyhem the next one?

Hello and welcome, Otterboy.

 

Stick to your timetable, the bank will do everything they can to stall and put you off. They hope you will just go away. Read all the F.A.Q.s and Step-By-Step instructions, Have a look in your banks forum, read a few threads then start one yourself. Remember it's your cash and your in control.
