Hello Bigmac hope all is well. Can you assist please. I have inputted my statement charges into the spreadsheet. The spreadsheet is not calculating the Days Since offence nor the 8% interest. How can I rectify this. M1cky1:???:

When you used the s/s did you delete the existing examples. If you did you probably deleted some formula too. Download a new s/s.

Overwrite the existing examples type of charge, amount and date.

 

The days since and 8% will be calculated automatically

Thanks for replying. No I did not delete the examples. It is actually when my entries went past the examples that the calculations stopped.

Right, there's obviously a way you can copy the formula to extend beyond the examples, but I wouldn't have a clue how to do it. All I can suggest is

you enter the charges in 2 s/s and total the two at the bottom of the 2nd

I had that problem, I highlighted some of the original text (the entire row) then inserted new rows a few row up from the bottom of the sheet and then pu the suff I had copied into the new rows. I am sure there is a more technical way of doing it but that, though long, worked for me!
