Hi All,

Started trying to claim back nearly 2K in charges about 6 weeks ago. No Response except that they are 'looking into it'. Put in an online Moneyclaim last week and its been acnowledged, abit worried HSBC are going to defend. Do I need a lawyer?

What about this court questionnaire, if I get issued one, how do you fill it out!?

Thanks!

Selina

Hi Selina

No you don't need a lawyer. All the help you will need is freely available on this site. If you have any problems there will be someone to help you out.

You need to start a new thread in the HSBC section so that those who are doing the same can advise you.
