Hi im Gem and am sick to death of Natwest, this week came the final straw when they charged me for an unpaid standing order when there was money transferred to the account that very morning.

Been getting lots of different stories from them about when the money should go into the account, one guy even told me the standing order comes out after 2pm,so how does that work! anyway you can tell im mad! lol

So im going to claim back 5 years worth of charges which with interest comes too £726.16, was a bit scared at first but reading this site gives me more confidence!!

Anyway im off to get some more info so i can start claiming!! :)

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
