Thanks for the advice parkvale, after a bit of searching i found my answer. My claim total is only £1092 so if i am right as long as they are in my name (which they are - not joint), and the total is under 5k i can group them. I have seperated the charges sheet but only one prelim letter. Being sent today - the 14 day countdown begins!:)

Hey everyone, on weds it will be 14 days since i sent my LBA. As yet i have still not heard anything from NatWest, not even the standard acknowledgement that everyone else seems to be getting :( . With the news that there is going to be a formal enquiry into this, are the banks holding fire till they get the result??? If i carry on though, surely they cant ignore me forever - can they????? Just a bit weary about the next step now.

Guest NATTIE

Just be aware wingnutta, that you may get a response from Customer Relations Unit Borehamwood after you have filed your claim, it is common.

ok, i have a query about the section 69 bit. One thread says to just put total interest and then continuing till judgement, whereas the one on mcol says to state first and last days of charges??.. which one do i put?? - is last day of charge the claim day or the date of the last charge that was made against me?.. bit stuck but leaving claiming till tomorro now - too tired. :o

ok, sorry for late posting of this but i have just completed 8 nights shifts! :( . I have received my notice of issue from the court (have sent claim number to a moderator - cant seem to find the thread though where my claim details are entered?). I digress, i have just received an email from natwest cust relations unit saying the usual sorry so late, big volumes.. blah blah blah. Lady states they have 56 days to respond from when letter received on 12 apr, however from reading other threads i know this is not the case as i have stated the deadlines and thats what i go by. Should i reply to her with my claim number though or just leave it and wait for any reply from cobbetts etc???

After the recent farce of a bank victory to a degree, i am going over my court bundle with a fine toothcomb! Is there anywhere i can get a copy of my t&c from 200 or should i not need them?? Again, thanks for your help all in advance. :)

Hi

I would think that now you've actually filed and got a claim number etc then it wouldn't do any harm to reply and tell them so, might nudge them into a crawl, but I'm not an expert...you need Fendy or Hedgey or Parkvale to confirm.

I'm in the same position with T & C as you, would like to put one in court bundle but not sure if its essential, but I suppose the more info the better and after reading about the Lloyds case yesterday we must all be smack on when it comes to our bundles.

HSBC - Watch out I'm coming after you next!

Hi there Wingnutta. No need to jump the gun yet. Just wait for the notice of acknowledgement from Cobblers (through court of course). No need for court bundles yet........... it might not even get to that. Just wait for:

a) The Notice of Acknowledgement from Cobblers, stating if they are going to defend or not.

b) then wait for defence from Cobblers, but you only need take notice of the one received from Court, not from Cobblers direct.

c) when you receive either of above, DONT PANIC. Just pop back on here, let us all know what it says, and we can advise you again from there.

Ignore the letter from Natwest. No need to even respond to it now your claim is underway. Only deal with Cobblers and courts now, ignore Nutwest.

No point me posting everything thats gonna happen from here, lets cross each bridge together as they happen, it stays fresh in your mind that way. But firstly and lastly, whatever you do, do not panic. Everything has an answer, and theyre all found on here from us peepies who want to help. Were right behind you and will still be here when you need to come back with more questions needing answers, so chill, deep breath and now learn the patience and waiting game. Thats it really. All the best. Fendy xxxxx
