Hi all,

I sent my letter before action on the 18th March 2007 and included another copy of the schedule of Charges without the 8% interest charge but with the comment that we required repayment in full and that if Barclays did not fully comply then we would begin a claim for the full amount PLUS INTEREST plus costs without further notice.Did I get that wrong?

I have read a thread by Jonni2bad which says STOP if you have not sent a full schedule of charges and overdraft interest. Is that the same? Does that mean I have to now send Barclays a Schedule of Charges plus 8% interest applied or just proceed to court now applying those interest charges and costs?

If you have sent your LBA to B's, wait for your deadline to expire [14 dys] and then file with MCOL or N! to your local court.
