I have used the online system at Llyods to check my charges from 1st July 2002-today and have found £1280, obviously this isnt 6 years back and misses a year so...

Im ready to go ahead with my SAR letter but was wondering which was the correct address to send it to, I have seen

FAO Penny Berryman

48 Chiswell Street

Which one is correct?

Also can I send a postal order for the £10 as I dont have a cheque book and I guess I write it to Llyods TSB Bank PLC?

Also do u think itwould be wise to await the outcome of Tom Brannons case with Natwest before going ahead? How could his case affect everybody?

Hi Eon,

The correct address for the SAR is the Penny Berryman one. Yes, a postal order is fine, as you say make it out to Lloyds TSB Bank Plc. I'd also advise that you send it by recorded delivery.

No, don't wait for the outcome of that case. For any sort of precident to be set it would have to be appealed up to High Court level, so you could be waiting a fair old while!
