Hi all

I'm thinking of claiming my bank charges back from Barclays and I recently set up a Debt Management Plan with Payplan, does anybody know if it will affect the way they are within the DMP

hope that makes sense?

thanks

Betty

Yes they should be. Though they may well try and say they are not. Try looking up their websites, if they have them, and look around as if you were starting a new account for references to Consumer Credit Act. Main thing is not to take anything they tell you at face value.

I CCA Littlewoods and Next and so far neither has come up with anything worth reading! They are on my (very long) to do list.

Lol, how very true. you start off with a simple charges claim, and before you know it fingers in so many pies its difficult to keep up.

Looks like a lot of us are going to be very busy this year.:)

Betty this is a very long thread about cca's, but very informative

This one is not as long (but is catching up) and again is full of excellent material.

I would definately read the second, and scan the first asit will really help with any future cca issues.

Best of luck

Louis
