I sent the request 13th feb. I have not had anything untill yesterday when they sent me a letter asking for :

 

roll numbers

sort code

type of account

if the account is active or closed

 

Is this for real ? what shall i do next ?

Far as I am aware if you included your name and address and they were same as at time of holding account they would be able to trace, so could just be delaying tactic. If you have the info send it to them but remind them of your timescale. Just remember one thing they are now having toe your line. So if you feel you gave them enough info then send none compliance letter from temlates library
