Hi Anabel

 

Yes you can. Send the SAR letter from the bank templates library but adapt the wording to reflect that it is a mortgage account rather than a bank account. Once you have received your statements add the charges up in the normal way and add them to a speadsheet.

 

There are some template letters for prelim and LBA letters in the stickies at the top of this forum.
