Hi Everyone

Been reading through some posts and its great to see people getting back what was [edit] from them by the banks/building societies.

I am claiming against nationwide for £460, doesnt sound much but it is to me.

I sent off my first 2 letters and got crap replies that most of people here from Nationwide got so went to the court and filed there on 12th March.

Issued on 14th March and serviced on 18th March

Last I heard was on 27th March - they intend to defend my claim.

I rang court and was told they have until 18th April to put in defence.

Do i stand chance of getting it back before then?

Only chance i got to take kids on hol is to get this back.

have also found some more old statements with £700 in charges on from same account.

Any help gratefully received

Hi ADHD welcome to the site,

Did you do a SAR to get all of your statements from Nationwide?

Regarding the 700, you can either amend your claim to add these to the existing claim or start a new claim. If you wish to add these to the existing claim you will need to fill out form N244. There is a link to this in the bank templates library. This will cost 35.00 and will delay your current claim as the defendant will have further time to put in a defence to the amended claim.

Have a read through the successes forum to see at what stage Nationwide tend to pay out.

Best wishes

Zoot

Thanks.

Well they paid up the 460 plus interest BUT I wrote on claim plus any other charges incurred from date I applied to Court and they have taken a further 140 off since then.

So will it be simpler to put all this on a N244?

how long do I have as Judgement day is 18th April?

Many thanks for advice
