I keep getting calls on my landline from this number. Does anyone know who it is from? I don't want to answer till i know who it is.

Actually I got a call from this number. The guy said he was calling from a company called EMS. Iv tried calling the number back but it wont dial says its not been recognised.

Sounds like a computer generated call - 'saynoto0870' doesn't come with anything.

Sorry, but I smell BS here. No phonecalls from any line in this country cost £2/second. 01234 is a geographical code, and you will be charged a geographical rate depending on where you call from.

That number is Eurodebt.

 

They sort out Debt Management plans.

On another note, Nationwide have only paid out a small amount of claim, day 28 today and no defense either can anyone tell me what to expect next? I have e mailed Mr Bacon and told him 7 days cough up or I enter judgement, hope Iv done the right thing?

They will probably file the defense at 4pm on the 28th day. It may not show up until 24 hours later on the court system- they've pulled this stunt before!

Yes give it a couple days before leaping for default judgement...give the court a call thursday see if anythings been submitted if it doesnt show on MCOL.

 

Then let us know and we can talk about what to go next.

I 've just had a call from this number and they called themselves PENTAGON UK which Google tells me is a debt management company.
