I received a notice of transfer of proceedings yesterday, moving my claim to a court nearer to me rather than cobblers. Also there was an order attached stating that "the filing of an allocation questionnaire be dispensed with unless the DJ of the court of transfer orders otherwise" - anyone else had this and what implications does it have for my case? Am thinking it can only be a good thing...(even if it just means I don't have to shell out another £80!)

I must say this site is fantastic - will defo be donating from winnings!

The Judge at MCOL is issuing this order with cases now, this is to speed the claim up. Please be aware that the court where your claim is transfered to my ask you to complete the AQ.
