All the other banks and credit cards have replied within the 40 day period apart from the Yorkshire Bank. They have cashed the cheque for £10 then not sent me any info. Help! This isnot written in the easy steps. What do I do?

You could also ring Gordon Watt - Data Protection Advisor: 0141 223 1013 He works for Yorkshire Bank and ask him to help you

He's a very nice person to deal with.

Whatever you do, make an immediate complain to the ICO
