Only got 18 months worth...

I sent my initial letter off Mid Jan with a £10 cheque asking for my last 6 years worth of bank statements.

They cashed the cheque Mid Feb and sent me the first 18 months worth of statements and thats it! All I've had!

I held off phoning just incase they were sending the rest shortly after but they havent.

I now feel a little bit nervous about phoning them!

 

Can anyone give me any guidance as to what I should do?

Anyone experienced this? Its way past the 40 day deadline!

They sent me statements from 2 Jan 2002 to 13 Aug 2003.

Hi I've got the same problem, sent for 6 years statements on the 14th March, along with my £10 cheque and today received approx 18 months of statements, for 30th March 2001 to 30th Sept 2002.

 

Do I ring the bank or wait and see if more come, as anybody else had them come like this.

phone them you have paid for them they sent mine in 16 different enverlopes

hi, my statements came in 2 lots, had to make 4 phone calls (1 a week) to get the 2nd lot.

make that call, good luck:)

Same day and in the same envelope.

 

Havent they broken the 40 day request now though?

I phoned on a monday to ask for all of my statements, the 1st envelope came on the monday after but the 2nd envelope came about 3 weeks later.

What dates are you missing?

Jo my advice would always be to query when statements have not been received because when a few posters have said that the cut off point was aroung October 2002 that is because of 2 systems that you have to order them from. In your case it was not the case so call them and find out where the rest of them are.
