Hi All,

I've come to the point where i think i have to send in the baliffs! :D My full thread details here: Mangove V ARGOS

Basically they offered less than the full amount (i declined), then auto deposited even less, so i entered my court claim after the LBA expiry. I nor court heard anything from them so the day after acknowledgment by them was due, i entered for judgement.

That day (when i got home) i had a letter from them saying they've withdrawn the money from my account (as i requested) and that they have heard nothing from the court as yet. I didn't reply to this as i'd already entered for judgment. I then guessed they'd get the judgement demand. Judgement form came through ordering them to pay. Again no reply after 12 days.

So.... How do i send in Baliffs? Is this the right time to do it?

Should i of replied to them when they said they have not heard anything?

Please help... sending in th Baliffs is a little scary!

Please contact Zooman who has some good knowledge of bailiffs you may want to use either via Private Message or the Chat room which he is usaully seen in during the evening

you can got to the court and ask for a warrant of execution, this then goes to the bailiffs for the area of concern and they collect on you behalf.

there is a £35 fee but you add that to your claim.

You can escalate to high court bailiffs which i think is even more expnsive and has some benifits i believe.

If you have a court order then you can also use private bailifs i believe, this route is likley to be the most fun but im not sure of the mechanisms involved in high court or private bailiffs.

I obtained a warrant of execution against GE moeny for the princely sum of £65 though.

Ok thanks for the advice - now have the warrant application.

Just need to decide wether to file it, or write first giving them 7 days to pay before i file. Either way i'm hoping they don't apply for a stay.

Cheers
