Claiming 5k from barclays plc.

have taken steps in getting bank statements, sending charges listing to barclays who offered 1k declined and put in a claim on line - barclays have defended and i have now been sent a " allocation questionaire" and barclays defence paperwork. I have until 11/04 to responde to the court but I am getting a bit scarred now as they have now transefered courts to birmingham county court - is this bad or normal procedure ??? do i now neem to send copy bank statements and particulary of claim and allocation questionare to carclays and the court ? am unsure what to do next ?

I will post the link to aid you in completing the AQ. Transferring of court is the normal proceedure dont worry about it. You need to send the AQ back to the court with a schedule of charges attached and any applicable court fees. Hand deliver the AQ and get a reciept if this is practicable.
