Hi all,

I requested my bank statements back in August last year, but with a lot of issues in my life, never got round to claiming. Now things have settled down I am going to start my claim.

I just have 1 concern, I have a loan with LTSB and I'm worried that if I claim back my charges (Over £1000) can they/will they demand I pay in full the remainder of the loan I have with them?

Any help with this would be great.

Cheers

Lloyds TSB: S.A.R. sent 21.08.06

S.A.R. Received 30.09.06 (Full 40 day wait!)

i would doubt any banl will make such demands

several have been reprimanded of taking such action

don't worry, go ahead with the claim.

you can also request that the returned money is paid by cheque.

it is YOUR money that unlawfully took, YOU decide what you do with it.

indicating your have several debts that require any equal share of the refund helps too.

we are all here to help.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
