Hello, I am currently with Lloyds/Tsb. I have just received the 6 years worth of statements, which you can't really call statements. Can anyone tell me if i can claim on the O/DRAFT USAGE FEE as well as the UNAUTHORISED O/DRAFT INT?

Regards, Wendy:D

Yes you can reclaim the overdraft usage fee, you can reclaim the overdraft interest as well but only the amount that is a direct result of a charge making you overdrawn. There is a spreadsheet in Vamps' chambers which will calculate this for you.

I am not a legal expert my advice is given without prejudice and is purely my opinion only. If you are in doubt please seek professional advice.
