Hi Guys,

Just doing the whole claiming charges back thing and need a bit of help if possible?

I sent a letter to the Halifax asking for statements going back 6 years. Well, they've had their 40 days to provide them and I've heard nothing. Can anyone advise what letter I send next or how I turn the screw?

By the way if you used the SAR template from the library you didnt ask for the last six years worth of info, you asked for info for the WHOLE account history.

You are entitlted to ALL the data they hold on you.

Thanks Glenn, judging by some of the Halifax posts I might have a job getting a complete list from them - but I' a persistent fella. I'm especially peeved at the way the Halifax has handled my accounts in general so I've a large and clunking axe to grind.
