Hi all fellow lloyds Tsb customers. Has anyone here actually gone to court and lost? thats all I want to know, cause LTSB are renouned for messing people around and Im getting very nervous.

Hi there

 

I'd be interested to know as well.

As far as I can see, LTSB appear to be inviting all their customers that query the charges to take them to Court where they then settle before the issue is heard by a Judge - very strange behaviour from a business relying on a good customer relationship? Why not simply refund all the charges on first enquiry and save costs, interest and the customer goodwill?
