Hey all,

I've been lurking around a while now, reading about everyone's successes but been too nervous to start my own claim.

Well today I finally bit the bullet and sent my SAR off to their head office - it begins! I hope I have as much success as everyone else here :)

Just thought I'd give this a bit of a bump to say that I've still not received any reply and, by my calculation, it's been more than 40days now.

Also, when realising this just now, I also realised that I stupidly forgot to send the SAR recorded delivery - so they could easily just say they never received it and I can't prove otherwise.

Do you think I should just start again, send another SAR (this time recorded, obviously)?

If the postal order was crossed and you kept the receipt you can check whether or not it has been banked.
