Hello everyone. I'm so sorry if my first post is so dumb, just not getting all this paperwork at all.

We are with Lloyds.

I've sent for the charges they are here.

Do I claim for:

Chg O/Draft Interest £2.12?

or

Chg O/draft Useage fee £25.00?

Chg O/Draft Excess fee £90.00?

some amounts of inteest are so small like, 0.14p.

Please help someone.

Thank you.

Hi liily,

Don't worry about asking "dumb" questions, the only dumb thing that you can do is go into this head first.

Spend plenty of time reading the forums. People will be around to support you and answer your questions. I have certainly asked my fair share of dumb questions and intend to carry on doing so. As I said, the only dumb thing is not asking.

Good luck with your claim.

Thank you so much all of you. I have filled in a tenplate as I had copied everything the bank had posted to me, and totalled it all up. (I hope thats correct)

I didn't bother with %8 on the charges. I'm going to post it in the Morning.

I'm sure it's not my local bank. So, back to finding out where to post them to.

AGAIN, MANY THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP.

That's ok its not the right time anyway to ask for the 8%.

What to expect next is....nothing. They will either send you a template saying that the charges are legal and so on, or more likely they will not respond.

You will be able to add the 8% interest once you fill in your court application, so still plenty of time to get an understanding of the process.

I sent my letters to:
