Just wanted to say hi to you all. Found this site while looking for imformation and thought I'd join! I'm already in the process of claiming my charges back. I've listed all my charges from my my online statements and sent the letter detailing them along with request for full repayment. Gave them 14 days so expecting a letter telling me it's being investigated on the 14th day! WIll be sending the court letter next week no doubt! Will let you know how I get on and look forward to maybe sharing my experiences with others if they need it! Of course if any one has any advice with the stage that I'm at then by all means feel free to tell me :)

Thanks

Paul

Hi Paul,

Best advice is read read and then read some more,

And welcome aboard.

There is a lot of information on this site so take your time and spend a couple of days reading as much as you can.

Here are a couple of links to get you started and I suggest you always keep them to hand.

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/faqs-please-read-these/24031-frequently-asked-questions.html

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/faqs-please-read-these/31460-example-step-step-instructions.html

When you are comfortable start a thread "XXXX v Bank Name here" in the relevant bank forum as then people with specific experience of this bank can offer support and advice.

There is a lot of information to take in here so if unsure it is always best to Ask first.

If you need a quick answer to a question you could always try the chatroom as there are usually some very helpful people in there.

Very best of luck

BB

Any advise offered is my own opinion, and if in doubt, always seek clarification.

hi paul and welcome to cag, you will find all the help and support you need from others who have taken on your bank and won, you should begin a thread in you own banks forum and here you can post your progress and in turn you can help others, this is a very friendly site and people will gladly help you, but this is a self help site and you must read the faqs and the guidance notes, best of luck with your claim x

PLEASE HELP OTHERS, WHEN YOU WIN YOUR CLAIM GIVE A LITTLE BACK
