I am about to file a claim against Llloyds (only for £35!) and as I'm on working tax credit am exampt from paying the fees. Do I have to post the form to the court before starting proceedings?

Im not sure what you mean there beverley? Is it exemption to court fees forms that you are wanting to send? If so I would send them with your completed N1 form and im sure that will be fine.

I WON £530 - See how Here: http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/lloydstsb-successes/65986-neil-lloyds-tsb.html
