when i first calculated the amount i thought i was owed i went back 9 years, of this i did not add any interest. the amount that i would claim on a 6 year period with intrest is more than the 9 year total. If i stick to my 9 year total will this be a problem when i go to court next week. And would anyone suggest if i should take a solicitor to the court.

Hi.

Couple questions:

1. where did you get the advice from to claim back 9 years?

2. What stage are you at..is it the hearing next week?

All advice is based on my experiences. I am NOT qualified and as such cannot be held responsible for any mistakes. If in doubt...get professional help.

If you like what i have said then make me a star!!

Hello

i started this process very early and have been messed about by the courts more than the banks, i just asumed that you can go back to when i first opened the account. The hearing is next week although i still have not recieved the back the defence from the bank.
