Hey there!Just a quick ques..When my bro received his statements frm Natwest the reason for the charge isnt given..just says charge and the date.Is this ok for the spreadsheet to just put charge,the amount and date?hope this makes sense??any help much appreciated!:)

Hey emsie............. I have loads of these on mine and I just listed 'charge'. I have a feeling (if they're for £288) I have a feeling that these are the unarranged borrowing fees. Nat West used to itemise these - now they just list them as charges! Hope this helps a little - good luck with the claim, hedgey xxx :p
