Hi all,

I requested copies of my bank statements in Feb this year and last week got a letter back from Lloyds apologising that they haven't dealt with my complaint as yet and will write to me within the next 4 weeks with a reply - or, when they expect to get back to me again!

 

I've been in to my local branch (who can't help me), I've telephoned loads of Lloyds numbers (who can't help me) - there appears to be just 2 numbers to get through to someone on this matter - surely that can't be right?

 

I have been paying £7 a month for the last 6 years (more fool me) for my account and this doesn't even make the blindest bit of difference - I have now however downgraded my account.

 

Halifax also seem to be playing along the same lines but I'm making headway with them.

 

What can I do to speed them up?

Already had the back statements so this was not necessary.
