I recived a letter on Saturday to say I am writing to update you on where we are with your complaint. Did you send one of the Subject Access Request templates from this site, and did you include the £10 fee with the request?

Hi thank you for your reply.Yes, I sent a £12 postal order. They have not refered to this,so I think they have excepted it.

Send one of these non-compliance letters if you've not had the data by 40 days after they would have received the request.

hiya,

i am at the stage where the court have given lloyds 14 days to reach a settlement or they can ask for another stay so i am not sure what happens now i keep checking my mail but so far lloyds have not been forthcoming anybody having a similiar experience?
