we are seeing this more and more, it is a tactic which judges are using to try and speed up the process. Its nothing to worry about. You will recieve further information from the courts soon.

I have been waiting 8 weeks now since the court received my AQ. Far from speeding up my court has come to a dead stop. They keep telling me they are snowed under with claims. angry-smiley-030.gif
