Hi All,

First let me appologise, I haven't searched too deeply, as I need to get this sent back today/tomorrow! I have been using MSE but now need more advice than is on that site!

Looking at http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/bank-templates-library/11644-allocation-questionnaires-guide-completion.html and particularly the line....

"b) Copies of any statement or other document relied upon as showing that each and every charge has been made;"

I calculated the chareges from CSV download's of my statements, and presented just a list of the charges, with date etc in previous letters. I do not have a hard copy of all of the statements. What is my best solution?

As far as I can see I could:

1) Not put the draft order for directions with the AQ.

2) Remove this line from the draft order.

3) Ask the bank for hard copies now.

Which would you advise? Or anything else?

Hi Nevyn,

Appologies for no replies. I assume you have returned your a/q by now.

You will need to include hard copy statements in your court bundle if it gets that far so it may be worth sending off for them now.

Best of luck

Zoot

Thanks Zoot.

Been away over easter, so I can only just reply.

Would print outs from the internet banking be enough to rely upon?

i.e. not alterned in any way, simply select "print" from the options on the site?

I can produce those a hell of a lot quicker than asking the bank for them I would imagine!

Regards

Nevyn

See what Zoot says as I may be wrong, but personally I would say so, yes. I can't really see the bank disputing it to be honest.

Sorry for the delay, I didn't get the notification of the reply to the thread.

I have just been told by my other half that I have a letter offering to pay in full, the charges, the interest I claimed, and the court fee, the only thing I can see is that they seem to have ignored the allocation fee, but as that is £100 out of ~£2,500 I don't think I am in any mood to argue.

Thanks for the help.
