Hi All,

Hsbc havent responded to my request for a refund of charges. Today sent LBA. Any help/advice on next steps greatly appreciated.

They have 14 days to settle should they not, issue a claim at court. All this information is in the FAQs and the step by step instructions. These are linked in my signature.

Hi Nellie, welcome to the forum.

All you need to do is follow the steps laid out in the user guide.

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/hsbc-bank/38807-newcomer-heres-user-guide.html

You have done your prelim letter and your LBA so just wait the 14 days and submit your claim to the court.

If you are intending to use the online MCOL system you can go and register now and start to fill in the information for your claim so its all ready on the day you need it, you can come out and go back as much as you want until you get everything as you want it.

I recommend you also read as many of the other threads as you can because this will give you a good feel for what you can expect and standard HSBC letter's and tactics.
