Letter N

Basically, in a nut shell, Send your CCA recorded delivery to your Debt collection agency , they have 12 days to comply if they have not sent it to you in 12 days they have defaulted. If they continue to call you demand payments ect 30 days after the 12 day period then they are breaking the law.

So they must send you the original signed copy of your consumer credit agreement within 12 days.

The top two links are for the CCA letter and the Consumer Credit act.

If you post in the debt forum you will get loads of help!
