Fourteen Days

Hi,

 

Have sent LBA to Lloyds on 21st March.

 

Must be confusing myself in all the excitement but do I wait 14 working days or 14 consecutive days before further action

I had the same problem, i didnt count the weekends, but after reading the site i found out that you include weekends in your timescale.

14 calender days from the time the letter was posted.

I have just done a claim via the HMCS Moneyclaim site, with advice from Martin Lewis site.

It takes 5 days for the court to service the claim. Is this working days? clearly we have the EAster bank hols tomorrow and mon. Do you exclude proper bank hols but count w.e's? Not sure what to count for the 5days, and then the 14 calendar ones afterwards.
