Hello guys

just thought i would introduce myself... I have been following these forums for a while and its thanks to everyone that ive got where i am today!!

Have just filed judgement today against Barclays as they failed to enter a defence after i filled in the allocation questionnaire....

Does anyone know what happens now ? how long before Barclays cough up ? or do i just wait to hear from the courts ?

Any help would be appreciated.....

If you applied for judgment using MCOL then in a couple of days it should allow you to apply for a warrant of execution - the bailiffs. Do that as soon as you can.

If you applied at the court counter then go back to the court and apply for the warrant immediately.

Don't inform the bank unless you feel that you owe them a duty to be supportive of them in the same way that they have always had your best interests at heart too.

Then call the court, find out which bailiffs they are using. Call the bailiffs and find out when they are going to go round to the bank. Call your local press and be there yourself for the photographs.

From the stuff we saw on Whistleblower and from the private messages of support which we have been receiving from Barclay's staff, I would expect that they may well want to come out and have their picture taken with you.

From the messages which we have been receiving it would seem that the culture which was disclosed in the BBC programme is extremely widespread.

I take this to be real sign that the senior management is truly not in control of the situation.

I suppose that they equate record profits with "everything is all right with the world".
