Everyone that posts in this forum have one reason or another, to dislike the behaviour and contempt of Debt Collection Agencies. You now have a chance to take a stand against them. Help me, to help you.

can i suggest you edit your title to include the word petition, it may generate more responses and something needs to be done about these DCA's who think they are above the law, its a good idea you've come up with

if you click on the original post you sent it should show in the bottom left hand corner, edit, click on advanced and the title box will appear allowing you to edit, it will also ask for reason you want to edit, hope this helps,

these DCA'a would be even more difficult to deal with if they have access to more info so anyone to stop them is great...
