Hi to everyone.

Natwest offered my the requested sum 6 days after I had issued MCOL for the claim plus interest plus court costs.

I recieved cobbetts correspondance with a submisssion of them lodging a defence.

I wrote to cobbetts and told them that Natwest had offered to settle and gave them 14 days to settle the original amount offered plus 50% of the differance. Cobbletts told me by letter they could not substanciate the claim as they had no supporting evidance. (even though Natwest offered to settle)

The deadline came and went and I have just recieved Cobbetts "defendants defence" which in the first paragraph is asking for the case to be stuck out due to lack "properly particularised claim" and they are asking for a case management conference. Can any one help ..... as in what should I
