Just a quick one, its been a while since I last posted. Im in the process of taking lloyds plus a few others through the claims process. In the letters that I have had back they stipulate that the FSA gives them 8 weeks to investigate and respond to the complaint. Is this now the case or are we still going by our set timeframe ie 2 wks from prelim, then 2wks from LBA etc?

Many thanks

keep to the time limit that you set .. prelim 2 weeks ..LBA 2 weeks .. then submit claim
