Hi, i am claiming from lloydstsb done my preliminary letter and LBA and as of saturday the 28 days were up! Only heard back from lloydstsb on the 27th day saying "ordinarily they would have hoped to have resolved my complaint by now and despite best efforts they have not been able to do so. They state they will write agian within the next 4 weeks either with a response to my complaint or with an estimate of when i can expect it."

lloyds obviously trying to drag this out, like you guys say 4 weeks for a big company to deal with a small customer should be a reasonable enough amount of time i think, is there any reason why i shouldn't now go to the N1 stage?

keep up the good work! great site!
