Hi all,

I've joined recentley to see about the process of claiming back charges against Yorkshire Bank.

I still reading through all the FAQ at the moment but hope to start my claim soon. I do have a couple of questions though.

Does anyone know if YB are likely to close my account or request payment of an overdraft following the claim? I've had a llok through the YB section but haven't found a definative answer.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Cheers

Chimp

Welcome to the site chimpy_77. They are unlikely to close your account and if they do then you can complain to the Financial Ombudsman .oO( Someone correct me if I'm wrong please ). I'm not sure about your overdraft question but I'm sure somebody will be able to enlighten you on that subject.

Good luck with your claim.

Sarah.
